Applicable policies and terms of use
At NRB visible School, enrollment signifies a commitment to academic integrity and responsible participation. Students are required to provide accurate personal information during registration, and course access is granted only after payment is completed. Each account is personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
We expect students to uphold professional standards in all interactions, whether in live classes, discussion forums, or group projects. Misconduct such as plagiarism, cheating, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
The school reserves the right to update course content, schedules, or instructors to maintain quality and relevance. By enrolling, students agree to abide by these terms and acknowledge that changes may occur without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect data
Your privacy is central to our mission. We collect only the information necessary to provide services — such as your name, email, and payment details — and use it exclusively for enrollment, certification, and communication. Optional data, like feedback or preferences, may be gathered to improve your learning experience.
All student records are stored securely using encrypted systems, with access restricted to authorized staff. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except when required by law. Students retain the right to request access to their data, corrections, or deletion, and such requests are processed within 30 days.
Communication preferences can be customized through your dashboard, allowing you to choose how you receive updates. However, essential service messages — such as exam schedules or policy changes — will always be delivered to ensure you remain informed.
Return & Refund Policy
Terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair in our refund process. Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 20% of the course has been accessed. Once certification has been issued or a significant portion of the course completed, refunds are no longer available.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the support portal. Each case is reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Special consideration may be given in cases of medical emergencies or technical failures that prevent course access, provided documentation is supplied.
Workshops, seminars, and promotional courses may follow separate refund rules, which are clearly stated at registration. Any physical or digital materials provided as part of a refunded course must not be copied, shared, or retained after the refund is processed.
